LDK Seniors’ Living’s flagship village Greenway Views is located in Tuggeranong in Canberra's south. Opposite the South Point shopping center, our village consists of 327 apartments and is home to nearly 400 residents. With over 6,000 square meters of communal space, LDK facilitates social connectedness through our vibrant village community and delivers a lifestyle-for-life through age-friendly amenities. Our on-site facilities include a gym, art centre, chapel, dance room, theatre, library, several hospitality outlets, village shed, barber shop, hairdresser, medical consultation room, grocer, purpose designed meeting spaces and a dog park.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced finance business partner to join the team in a newly created role - Finance Care Partner. Working closely with the Village Finance Manager and broader finance function, you will deliver financial insights and reporting, with a key focus on Support at Home (SAH) packages. You will play a critical role in supporting Care Partners through strong financial oversight, driving accountability, informing decision-making, and ensuring compliance within the village.

The successful candidate will work Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm.

Role Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Support the development, review, and maintenance of complex client care budgets across government-funded and private programs.
  • Review, approve, and assist with billing adjustments, including credits, corrections, and disputed charges.
  • Provide guidance on financial accountability and clarify whether queries sit with Finance or Care/Operations.
  • Maintain accurate records for client available funds, pending funding and track clients awaiting funding changes.
  • Reconcile and correct funding data discrepancies, including coding issues and allocation mismatches.
  • Participate in weekly finance and exception-reporting meetings to address issues and risks.
  • Support debtor management, monitor overdue accounts, prepare correspondence, and assist with complex debt cases

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or extensive relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience in a finance business partner role, ideally within healthcare, aged care, or a complex operational environment
  • Excellent understanding of Support at Home (SAH)
  • Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
