About LDK Seniors’ Living
LDK Seniors’ Living vision is for every senior Australian to be treated with Love, Decency & Kindness in their ageing journey. Our core values of Love, Decency & Kindness underpin our culture and guide every aspect of everything we do for our residents and our team members. All LDK villages combine the best part of retirement living and aged care to deliver our unique One Move Promise® – our guarantee that once our residents call LDK home, they will never have to move again.
Cross‑Village Collaboration
LDK Seniors’ Living is redefining senior living across Australia by combining vibrant communities, premium amenities, and a full continuum of care. Our national portfolio spans three operational villages: Greenway Views in Tuggeranong, Canberra – our flagship village with 327 apartments, 6,000 sqm of communal space, and extensive facilities; Amberfield in Weston, Canberra – a premium village featuring 370+ homes, resort-style amenities, and a wellness centre; and The Landings in North Turramurra, Sydney – a luxury village with 220 villas and apartments set across 11.87 hectares, complete with clubhouse, heated pool, and arts spaces. Together, these villages deliver exceptional lifestyle and care for seniors, fostering community and well-being at every stage of life. With a fourth village in The Baybrook, Brisbane, currently planned for 350 dwellings, LDK continues to expand its national footprint and commitment to ensure every older Australian is treated with love, decency, and kindness.
